We're proud to be sharing our very first Impact Report at ICE Trikes - a milestone that's been a long time coming, and an important step on our journey as a B Corp.

At ICE Trikes, we put a smile on people's faces through inspired cycle engineering. That belief sits at the heart of everything we do, and it goes beyond the trikes we design and build. It shapes how we look after our people, how we work with our community, and how we think about our impact on the planet.

This first report isn't about claiming we've got everything right. Instead, its about being open and transparent, taking the time to measure what really matters, and using that insight to help us continually improve. Becoming a B Corp has challeneged us to ask better questions, dig deeper into how we operate, and hold ourselves accountable, not just to oursevles but to our customers and the wider community too.

Putting this report together has been a real team effort, shaped by people across the business who care deeply about doing things the right way. From environmental impact to people and culture, it reflects where we are today and the direction we're committed to moving in. 

This is just a starting point. We know there's more to learn, more to improve, and more impact we can have, and we're excited to keep building on this year by year.
